Amount per dose:
Magnesium Oxide Heavy — 3380 mg
Equivalent Magnesium — 2028 mg
Citric Acid — 100 mg

Directions

Adults: Begin with 4 capsules with 250 mL of water on an empty stomach before bed.

If you do not achieve the desired bowel response the following day, increase the serving by 2 capsules each night until the recommended response of 3–5 bowel movements is achieved. Continue that quantity for up to 7 consecutive days.

Important

OxyCleanse™ is intended for short-term support rather than ongoing daily laxative use. Because this is a high-dose magnesium product with a significant laxative effect, adequate hydration is important.

Do not use if you are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea. Prolonged laxative use may cause serious bowel problems. If constipation persists, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek advice from your healthcare practitioner before use.
