Anti-Microbial Green Smoothie

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of fresh papaya seeds (Avoid if pregnant or if you are trying to conceive)

  • 2 cups of green leafy vegetables (rainbow chard, spinach, kale), chopped

  • 1/2 cup Lebanese cucumber, chopped

  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped

  • 1/2 small avocado

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder

  • 2/3 cup of ice cubes

  • 2 cups coconut juice or 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • 1/3 cup bone broth, chilled or 1 tsp @gevityrx bone broth body glue


Method

Pour all the seeds into a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend for a further 2 minutes.

Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency. Enjoy!
