Anti-Microbial Green Smoothie
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
1 tsp of fresh papaya seeds (Avoid if pregnant or if you are trying to conceive)
2 cups of green leafy vegetables (rainbow chard, spinach, kale), chopped
1/2 cup Lebanese cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/2 small avocado
1 banana
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp collagen powder
2/3 cup of ice cubes
2 cups coconut juice or 1 cup coconut milk and 1 cup coconut water
1 tsp hemp seeds
1/3 cup bone broth, chilled or 1 tsp @gevityrx bone broth body glue
Method
Pour all the seeds into a high speed blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend for a further 2 minutes.
Add more coconut water if you want a thinner consistency. Enjoy!
